2.1 Vatra Search operates as a licensed Employment Agency under the Employment Agencies Act (Cap. 92) of Singapore, authorized to place candidates in jobs with a fixed monthly salary above SGD 4,500.
2.2 We facilitate job placements but do not guarantee employment, salary, or work conditions for candidates.
2.3 Employers engaging our services acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with all relevant labor and employment laws when hiring through us.
2.4 We reserve the right to decline recruitment services for any employer or candidate at our sole discretion.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
3.1 We are committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012 of Singapore.
3.2 We will not disclose candidate or employer information to third parties without consent unless required by law or regulatory authorities (e.g., the Ministry of Manpower).
3.3 Candidates and employers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and truthful. False or misleading information may result in termination of services.
3.4 All users of our website agree not to collect or distribute personal data from the website without authorization.
4. Compliance with MOM’s Employment Agency License Conditions
4.1 Vatra Search complies with all licensing requirements, including:
Operating within the scope of employment permitted under our license.
Displaying our EA license number in all recruitment advertisements and business correspondence.
Obtaining consent before sharing any applicant’s information with potential employers.
Reporting any breaches of the Employment Agencies Act, Employment Act, or other labor laws to the Ministry of Manpower.
4.2 We will not facilitate job placements below the minimum salary threshold of SGD 4,500 or assist with foreign worker applications unless in compliance with MOM regulations.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 While we strive to provide accurate job market information and candidate matching services, we do not guarantee job placements, employer reliability, or candidate suitability.
5.2 We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from employment relationships facilitated through our services.
5.3 Employers and candidates agree to indemnify and hold Vatra Search harmless from any disputes, legal actions, or liabilities arising from job placements.
6. Amendments & Governing Law
6.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
6.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
