Most recruitment agencies charge a percentage of the candidate’s annual base salary — usually 12% to 25%. It varies wildly depending on the role, industry, or the brand they carry.

Speaking from over a decade working in recruitment agencies; sometimes that higher fee reflects genuine expertise and care. But often, it doesn’t. Here’s what that can look like:

We use a fixed-fee recruitment model — clear pricing upfront, no surprises. You know exactly what you’re paying. And every hire comes with a 12-month guarantee.

It’s a model designed for clarity, accountability, and value so you can hire confidently and protect your recruitment spend.

Both offer the same full-service support – from job brief to acceptance.

The difference is in commitment and pricing. Value requires a S$1,000 upfront deposit and offers preferred rates. On-Demand lets you pay only after we deliver, but comes at a higher price.

That’s common with recruitment agencies.

Our On-Demand option exists for clients who prefer to pay only after a placement is made. But doing the work upfront without commitment means we take on all the risk. That’s why the fee is higher.

Our Value option gives you the same service at a better price, with just a S$1,000 deposit upfront to help us resource the work properly.

If the person we place leaves within the first 6 months, you’ll receive a full refund. If they leave between months 6 and 12, you’ll get 50% back.

It’s entirely your choice if you’d like to engage us again to find a replacement at our published engagement rates. We’ll treat it as a new search – as we should.

The only condition for our guarantee to apply is that all invoices must be paid on time, according to the agreed payment terms.

Most searches begin within 24–48 hours of engagement. From there, we typically build the longlist within 3–5 business days.

Depending on the complexity of the role, we aim to deliver a qualified shortlist within 2–3 weeks – sometimes faster. Our process is designed to move quickly without compromising on quality.
